Frequently Asked Questions
♥ How long do dresses take to come in?
Dresses can take 4-6 months to arrive. Some of our designers do offer rush options as well as in-stock inventory we can assess for brides with less time.
♥ What sizes do you carry in-store?
We currently have gowns size 6-30 available in-store.
♥ What is your boutique's price range?
Our dresses range from $1000-$4500 with the majority being between $1500-$2500. We do have a small selection of dresses under $800; please visit our events page or contact us for info regarding our next sale.
♥ How long do bridal appointments last?
Bridal appointments are typically an hour and a half to two hours.
♥ Do you carry bridesmaids or mother's gowns?
We do not carry bridesmaids or mother's gowns. We only have bridal gowns and bridal accessories.
♥ Do you have in-house alterations?
We do not offer in-house alterations, but we do provide our brides with a wonderful list of seasmstress recommendations. We also assist traveling brides in finding credible seamstresses near them.
♥Do we allow guests to take photos and videos?
Yes! Photos and videos can be so important for some brides when choosing their dream dress! You're allowed to take any photos and videos while shopping with us as well as FaceTime any loved ones who couldn't make it. If a bride is shopping alone, your stylist will happily take photos for you as well as assist in FaceTiming family.
♥ Do I need to bring anything to my bridal appointment?
All you need to bring is yourself and important people in your life. We recommend wearing skin-tone undergarments. If you have any personal items or heirlooms you plan on wearing with your dress, we recommend bringing those as well.
♥Why do all of the gowns say, "Please contact store for pricing"?
The majority of bridal shops do not show all of their in-store inventory online. We like to give brides the option to view all of our in-store gowns with the exception of some of our new arrivals from the comfort of your home. Legally, we (or any other bridal salon) are not allowed to post the pricing of individual gowns, but you can visit our Designers tab to view the price ranges of our collections. If you are wondering the price of a specific gown, all you have to do is contact us and we will happily share that info.
